1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the app, or using any features of Dungeoness Maximus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Subscription & Billing

Dungeoness Maximus operates as a subscription-based service.

  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

  • All subscription payments are FINAL. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or early cancellation.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and updated.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Dungeoness Maximus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code

  • Misuse any features or attempt to disrupt the service

  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content

  • Use the app to store, distribute, or generate copyrighted or harmful material in violation of applicable laws

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create within the app (such as campaigns, characters, worlds, or notes).
By using the app, you grant Dungeoness Maximus permission to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service.

We do not claim ownership of your creative work.

4.1 Publicly Shared Content License (Feed Page)

If you choose to publish or share content on the Feed or any other public-facing area of the app, you grant Dungeoness Maximus a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to:

  • Display, distribute, promote, and share your content within the app

  • Use your publicly shared content in marketing materials, promotional content, advertisements, demonstrations, and any other media

  • Modify or adapt content only for formatting or presentation purposes (never altering the original meaning)

This license applies only to content you intentionally share publicly. Private content is not used for marketing.

You retain full ownership of your creations.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of Dungeoness Maximus is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What information we collect

  • How it is used

  • Your privacy rights

We do not sell your personal data.

5.1 how to delete your information

If you choose to delete your account, you can do so from the account page within the app. You can also delete portions of your data from the application.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and consistent experience, but we cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access to the service

  • Zero downtime

  • That all features will always remain available

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All technology, design, branding, and content provided by Dungeoness Maximus (excluding your own user-generated content) remain the exclusive property of the developers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dungeoness Maximus is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Interrupted service

  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the past 12 months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle. After cancellation, your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify users through the app or website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
